 It can hurt a lot when someone breaks up with you or when they walk away out of your life (regardless of the circumstances). All that we can do is get past it and pick up the pieces. That's what Her Lonely Heart is all about...picking up the pieces and finding others who are in the same position so we are not alone, because in times of loneliness you need somebody.   ~ The Story ~ Her Lonely Heart is a song I wrote about feeling alone and like everyone has let you down. There was a time in my life when I was struggling alone because I wouldn't let anyone in and the one thing I was searching for...a friend...was in Jesus. I had prayed out to God to make things be like they used to be and He didn't, I thought maybe He couldn't hear me or He just wasn't doing it for some reason...but one day I realized that He was that friend I was looking for, I just wasn't letting Him in. There was so much pain I could've been saved from if I had just let Him in...I am here to say to you, don't make that same mistake I made. Don't turn God away because you think He doesn't care or see you, because He does..every little moment, even those corner in a dark room moments. He sees it all, He knows, He cares. Let Him show you

 A broken heart is a painful thing and this is not to make light of it, but a broken heart is also a healing heart.
